Can't register EVGA G2 1000W PSU

Can someone help me figure this out. I can't register the PSU. 
 
I'm getting this error:
The Serial Number is not related to the part number. If you are outside North America, please check your profile under Member Home to ensure your country is set properly.
 
I'm using "120-G2-1000" as p/n

    Go to the EVGA Home Page and check that your region is correct at the bottom-left of the page, then My EVGA, then Product Registration, then enter the serial number. 
     
    You may need to contact EVGA to get it registered, or an EVGA Tech might see your post here and reply sometime soon.

    It's resolved. I sent an email and they were able to add it. It's the quickest turn around I've ever experienced. Good job evga.

    yep , that's the part number you were using - not the serial # .
    Glad they sorted it for you.
