Looks like the temps are not moving much which is good. Means you might be able to overclock a bit or not if you just want it to run cool since it’s already a beast of a card.

I think I may need to repaste and do new pads.. Seems high, keep in mind fan speed is at 100% 61c, 1995mhz 105% power, 459.2w

61C is fine at full load. You're only using a 240mm rad. You'd likely have slightly better temps running push/pull fans on the radiator at a lower RPM for less noise.

Low 60s is not a bad temp ---> Almost 20C delta, between GPU & GPU Hot spot .... TIM, contact pressure & levelness could be less than perfect - OR - just Silicon lottery Did you use the stock thermal pads - AIO kit? Pads need to be BOTH, the correct thickness & hardness. If pads are too hard this can impact contact pressure - as those GPU mounting screws w/ springs only provide so much pressure What is your room temp & inside of the case temps? What Case fans? Number blowing In? Blowing Out? Speed? ---> 3090 FTW ... (non Ti) -- how are you cooling the backplate? Make sure your fan setup gives some movement around the backplate, they get very warm With GPU-Z look under Sensor Tab --- what is the PerfCap Reason ?
