I just received my RTX 3080 XC3 Ultra today, and when I plugged it in, I have a red LED that is ON (see picture).  I can't seem to find anything on what this means, but it could just be lost in the haystack of internet searches.  Any help?
 
Also, and I don't know if this is just a feature that my card doesn't have, but there are no LEDs or lights that come on the side.  Shouldn't there be?  The irony is that I don't really care about flashing lights, but the combination of red light + no LED/logo light-up, makes me think I've got a problem and I need to RMA this thing for a replacement, sooner rather than later!

Because I have a theory that cards starting with 2014 (Taiwan) are the ones dying.
I hope I'm wrong.

Jacob and all of EVGA have been ignoring this issue every day on all platforms. 3090 Taiwan cards are also unable to reach 500W with the new BIOS which leads me to believe there is something wrong with Taiwan factory manufacturing process. I hope someone proves me wrong because I have a 3080 FTW3 Ultra from Taiwan that I'm due to install on monday and I live in a country where there's no direct EVGA support.
