today,my 3080 fans starts @ 100% as the windows load & remain there unless i start evga precision,then its become normal
have no issues last few weeks,happened today 1st time
i tried uninstalling evga precision & reset pc & taking out card & putting the card back in,still same issue
remain @ 100% unless i start precision
 
 

ok i did install new nvidia driver yesterday & then slept
maybe new driver is the issue but before unistalling the drivers
i tried  updating the firmware to EVGA_Precision_X1_1.1.1 & it working normal  now
no more issues
