One fan keeps stopping I have to give it a push start and the other one has a loud buzzing sound plus at idle it says CPU is at 50 Celsius isn't that kinda high for idle I deal in Fahrenheit I think that's like 120 degree.

Could be fan issue - or - maybe a voltage issue, depends on how you setup the MB How Do I Troubleshoot Issues with Flow Control For My CLC Cooler? (excerpt - there is more info - use the link) If you are experiencing issues with your CLC cooler such as not being able to control LED's or fan speed, there are a few steps to try. First, make sure that the pump cable is secured to either the CPU or AIO fan header on your motherboard. You will also want to make sure that the respective fan header is set to 100% or MAX power. Many motherboards have an "Adaptive" setting as default. If the header is set to anything other than 100% or MAX power then there is a good chance that the CLC cooler will not have enough power to function properly. The majority of CLC issues can be resolved simply by checking the fan header power setting.

I know you said they are sending you another fan but you could also try putting some Noctua fans on to improve the sound.

Make sure that your fan curve is set to CPU temp and not Liquid. That will have a big effect on the fan speeds ramping up and down more frequently.

Make sure the fan lever is all the way to the top. 640 seems pretty low. Are the fans connected to the pump or fan headers on your motherboard?

Are your settings the same as I have mine set to? Photos show three activated on the left. HW Monitoring, LED and LED Temp. Fan set to auto and set to 100%. What is your pump speed? I have my pump connected to my main CPU fan header on my motherboard and fan speed for the header in my bios is 100%. That should give you the 2800 to 2900+ pump speed.

Asus Strix X570 E Gaming Info is in my signature I think that got it working better I can here the fan spinning up and down The AMD CPU temps seem to chainage more and run hotter then the Intel CPU's always going up and down.

For some odd reason...many with AMD CPU's say the same about temps. Ryzen has a higher idle temp...but at full load...about the same. If I recall bios of Asus boards...fan settings can be set to user defined and you can set the curves to 100% all the time...just one flat 100% curve all the time. This allows the fans to ramp up and down all the time because the power is full to the pump all the time. The pump will control the fans as needed...Glad to see the working better

Run something like CPU stress test in CPU-Z and you should see fan speeds of over 2000 when CPU heats up
