Is there some kind of sick joke with the EVGA people. I am on the site now. No problems. I took enewt's advice earlier after being unable to order my 3070 ultra when the notify came in due to the site being "currently at full capacity, try again later". Low and behold, I did end up getting a new up to date notify to buy...click that link in the EVGA email and what do I get..."currently at full capacity, try again later" hahahahahaha, do that one is just going to time out again. Rinse and repeat...only I am not going to bother anymore.
If you have a Twitter account, I would go ahead and send a tweet @EVGA_JacobF. It shouldn't be this hard to spend several hundreds of dollars...especially after waiting weeks for the opportunity to do so. Sorry this is proving to be so challenging.

Yeah I logged my 3070 ftw3 on Nov 16th so I'm guessing I'll will be able to purchase it around Feb (fingers crossed).

I signed up for both the 3070 XC3 Black and Ultra, but decided to go with the Ultra and canceled the notify for the Black. Thought I had made a mistake when the queue didn't move for the longest time and the Black did, but it's great to see the Ultras moving along now. Only 20 mins to go lol.
I’m hoping the black moves soon! I’m 1 hour and 6 minutes away from my card! I just want a miracle at this point. Who knows though, maybe I’m wrong and the people just haven’t reported their orders and stuff. Maybe it’s not stuck at 6:09:41 and people just won’t say anything.
No, sadly it is stuck. I'm at 6:10:36 and haven't been notified yet. Based on the rate at which the queue has moved though I would hope within the next 2 wks I'll be notified.

That its queue is moving so much slower than the XC3 Ultra lol. 3 hours into the queue for the Black versus 16 for the Ultra. Would have happily paid the $60 or however much more if I knew it would be like this.

Not sure. Their queues didn't get set up until approximately November. I don't think anybody put together a spreadsheet for them...it is a bit of a black hole as best as I can tell.

If you missed the 14 day window, you might be able to get into the program by buying the extended warranty (check the website ( https://www.evga.com/support/stepup/) as I haven't missed the 14 day window and haven't had to go down this path and I am not 100% positive). Good luck!

Has anyone here ordered direction from EVGA via normal process or notify queue process from Canada. Are the customs charges part of the shipping or do you get nailed on delivery date with a big fat bill? Hi, from what I have seen, when you order the choices are only UPS, but the good news as that both qualify for "free" brokerage. You should pay a $10 fee for clearance and your provincial taxes and GST, or HST if that is your thing. There is no duty on computer parts, so that should be your fees.
