    Z87 Stinger (111-HW-E872) Motherboard Manual

"System Memory support: Supports Dual channel DDR3-2666MHz+. Officially supports up to 32GB/16GB of DDR3 memory."

    "Slots support 2GB, 4GB and 8GB DDR3 DIMMs."

There is no BIOS update to support more..There is a BIOS update for improved memory compatibility.

Thanks Cool GTX, thats I what I figured.

I'd read the pages, but I was hoping there would be a sneaky little bios update somewhere to let me upgrade to 64GB.

Feel like this simple upgrade is gonna be a bit more serious :-)
