Running v1.0.6 on a new 2070S - the VF Curve Tuner never completes. I think.  Maybe.   Or only sort of....

Test goes through the process.  Reports a 90 (whatever the heck that means and where the heck do I plug that number into the five slots above).  But TEST is still gray.  Minutes later (or maybe a mouse click to a different Windows app like Chrome) the CANCEL button becomes gray, test is blue again.  But after many many minutes the PASS / FAIL indication does not light up: both are still gray.  I know an earlier version used to show a pass / fail with my 1080 ...  so is my 2070S failing ??

    From what I know.

The "Scan" is for auto-tuning and may take up to 1/2 hour..The "Test" button is for testing a manual V/F curve that you make yourself..After the "Scan" is finished, you click "Apply" and then you can left-click to select a profile number and then "Save" the results to a profile, or, enable "Apply previous settings on load" without having to save a profile.

Other forum members might chime in sometime soon and tell you if that's wrong, in whole or in part..But that's my basic understanding of it.

MSI Afterburner also has a V/F OC Scanner you can try..See the blog link under "OC Scanner" to take you to the tutorial.

From my understanding Bob is right. I think in the video section they have a video EVGA did on using the scan and test feature of PX1.
