What is the best way to distinguish how many watts my oc requires or how many watts is recommend for safe and consistent game play

CPU-Ryzen 5 3600x
GPU- GIGABYTE Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660
Mother Board- AsRock B450 Pro4
RAM-HyperX Fury (4x4gb)
Power Supply-EVGA 500BQ Bronze+
Case-Cooler Master Q500L (Taking recommendations for an upgrade)
 
Monitor- MSI 32" OPTIX AG32C
Keyboard- ROG Claymore Core
Mouse- Logitech G 502 LE
