Is this what a EVGA RMA brand new and sealed card looks like? Are these like new or used but refurbished?

I think I've gotten a box like that, seems it's a box for refurbished items, and doesn't have all the retail design that a new item would have.

Typically the brown box is how the RMA’s are sent back. Typically this would be a recertified card, if I am not mistaken.

It was an auction I won at roughly $130. Got cancelled because I signed up just for that bargain(maybe seller thought scam or price to low, who knows). :( Number was 06G-P4-6368-KR and seller said it was sealed but without any accessories. So was wondering if it's an RMA brand new or refurbished.

Yeah, sealed with no accessories is either RMA or b stock, but im pretty sure rma's still come in white boxes for the most part, of course theres always some outliers. That box more looks like b stock to me though.

Contact EVGA at support@evga.com, give them the serial number and get more information on the product. It is important you speak with EVGA directly for the best information about warranties and product information.

Thanks to everyone replying in this thread.  I was not able to purchase the card - so I do not have a serial or the card in my hands. Just wanted to know so if I came across another auction/listing I'd be able to know what I am dealing with and if it's worth the purchase.

If we ever send a new replacement from RMA, it is also typically in retail packaging. The generic boxes we mainly use for either re-certified replacements or B-stock items.
