Hello there, My 2080 super stock 300mhz while playing and in idle, I tried also reuninstall drivers didn't works, also tried DDU in safe mode, it works but stock on 300mhz again. I hope if there solution My PC Parts : mb: Z390 gigabyte ud CPU: I7-9700k GPU: RTX 2080 Super xc gaming RAM: 24gb 3000mhz PSU: 650w bq from evga

At idle 300mhz is correct. Your GPU will lower the clocks when there is no load and also to conserve power,

It seems to me that there is something wrong with its power circuitry. I would get it replaced under warranty.
