SATA connector for EVGA 750 G2 psu

I have evga 750 g2 psu and attempting to build a custom water loop. My pump choice is a D5 that has native SATA power instead of Molex.
 
According to watercooling community advice, a D5 pump and can draw up to 38.5w/3.2a on the 12v SATA rail


 
Are the SATA wiring used for EVGA 750G2 in particular fine for 24/7 use of 3.2A/12V?
