Have had LED Sync running the LEDs through an EVGA CLC280 > FTW3 1080 Ti using latest versions of Precision XOC and Flow Control. Has always worked fine with my two color breathing mode between the two devices.

Since upgrading from XOC to X1 for my 1080 Ti LED Sync does not function properly. Every time the computer is put to sleep, hibernation or shutdown the LEDs on the GPU shutdown completely and the CLC280 just turns to plain white with no effects. I have to open LED Sync every time, un-select the two 1080 Ti options(front & top EVGA GEFORCE GTX 1080 Ti lettering) and re-select them for the device's LEDs to sync and function properly again.

I have uninstalled both Precision X1 and Flow Control and reinstalled them and nothing changes.

Based on what you described above, I would go back to the version that was working best for your setup...
