Hello, everyone! Is there a bracket I need to get to mount my CLC 280 cooler to an X399 motherboard with a threadripper 2950x cpu? The included hardware doesn’t seem to fit.

    Welcome to the EVGA Forums
     
    That is a TR4 Socket design .................. and is Not on the list of supported sockets
     
    Listed as Supported AMD -  AM2/ AM3/AM4  FM1 / FM2
     
     
    I'm not sure of the answer to your question.  I'll look & see what I can find.
     
    Or maybe another Forums member knows

    Which specific MB do you have ?   ASRock > AMD X399 Series

    If this is true (and I have no reason to think it isn’t) then I am really annoyed because I was assured that this cooler would work. Grrrrr!

    I have the X399 phantom 6 motherboard.
    I have the CLC 280 cooler, 400-HY-CL28-V1.
