Ok everybody, Got the kingpin 2080 ti, I was wondering can I get any noticeable temp difference if I was to have the rad outside of my pc case, my idea is have it outside the case and along with the fans that come on it, also having my room blowing towards it as well, would this cool it off little better then the rad inside the case?

the advantage would be - less heat to get out of your case & less flow restriction - using only ambient room air to cool rad

the disadvantage would be: keeping it clean - if your case has any type of filters then less dust would & supporting it & you'll need fan guards

What case will you use ?

I have an Corsair 760t, now I’m not going say I have a zero dust room but it’s very minimum, I don’t have problems with dust and besides that, would temps go down little bit having rad outside case and non restricted air all around the rad

Yes, there is the potential for lower temp

Measure the temps inside your PC case Vs room temp

I'd personally keep it either in front of the case or use the top will keep it tucked into the case.  Having it out in the open as an open bench is ok if you're good with dust build up overtime plus, you'd have to figure out a way to keep the dust closed from your internal case.  I say just keep it internally as the difference shouldn't be too much as long as it's being fed by the same outside air first.
