I/O is a little different:

Extra sticker for XC:

But yes they are essentially the same. EVGA really needs to simplify their product stack this is freaking ridiculous. 4 single fan models and 4 dual fan models.
Hey EVGA I'll make it easy for you: 2 for each type of cooler (single, dual fan) , one stock and one OC'd. Now you have 4 total RTX 2060 models. You're welcome.
For the noise question, they get relatively noisy around 75 C+ IMO but it's still not that loud, the fan noise profile does get more whiny however. I've had issues with their temps (
https://forums.evga.com/Single-Fan-RTX-2060-bad-mounting-pressure-possibly-causing-high-temps-m2985784.aspx) but if I set the power limit to 78%, I get highs up to 71 C now without a noticeable frame drop and much quieter operation. The default fan curve is quite aggressive (fan gets up to like 78 - 80% around low 70s C).
You know if EVGA didn't make removing the plastic shroud impossible we would all be much happier since we could attach a better 120mm fan to it but NO, EVGA is taking the Apple "don't tamper with the product you bought" route. Sorry for the random rant but as you can see I'm not too thrilled with this card.
