RTX 2080 super xc gaming Temperature/Fan problem ?

Hello,
 
I think I'm having a strange issue with the fan2.
 
It's always @~3300rpm, even when the fan1 is off.
When the 2 of them are said to be @30%, the fan 1 is at ~800rpm and the second at 3300.
 
Also, ICX option of precisionX  show only GPU t° ?
 
Is it normal ?

    Something strange going on with your fan #2, but as far as the other issue, the 2080 Super XC Gaming card (3182) doesn't have ICX tech on it so there wouldn't be anything to see with PX1.

    Is the ICX2 really that worth it to get the XC2 Ultra over the XC? 
     
    I bought the 2080 Super XC Ultra but I'm having some issues keeping it under 80° without setting the Power Target down to 80 and a very aggressive fan curve. I would take any advantage I could get.

    ICX2  models have all the sensors & monitoring available - so you have to decide if you want that ability .
