With regards to the cost of the original product i was told to convert the GBP i paid into Euro. However with exchange rates fluctuating when it comes to pay will that price be updated to the latest exchange rate or will it stay at the price i entered when i created the step-up request?

Excited to step up to the 2060 super just don't like the waiting around. :D

I'm fairly certain the price stays when you initially reply but I am forwarding this to the EU for a precise response.

Hi,

the price "showing on the invoice / the exchange rate from the date on the invoice will taken for the amount, which you paid for your product" - if it should be wrong, it will be corrected,
