For some reason my EVGA 1300 g2 has exploded (yes, I triple checked before and my rig was well set)...

Is there a way to get the internal diagram so I can replace it's components and where is the link to EVGAs spare parts shop.?

Sorry to see your PSU failed

The PSU is Not user servicable

However the Warranty is usually long on these, any chance it is under warranty ?

That model has a 10 year warranty?? Don't try to repair it. RMA it under warranty!

Under NO circumstances should anyone attempt repair of an EVGA PSU. As mentioned above if the item is under warranty and failed due to a manufacturer's defect then RMA it.

A PSU hold a charge even after turned off that allow it to instantly provide power to the system. That means if you open it up you can run into 1300W which would be enough to cause serious injury or death. Since nothing is built to be replaced inside of the PSU it's best to RMA. Opening a PSU never a good idea unless your a certified electrician!

Hi... I'm in Uruguay (7200km from Miami to Montevideo) and getting it RMA and back would cost 10 bucks away from a NEW one. Since we belong to a close (but not always getting along) IT circle of experts in various fields we opted out to rebuild it as an amusement hobby.

Help appreciated

A diagram of the internal components is not something we would be able to provide. Your best bet is to contact us at soporte@evga.com so that our team can review your warranty options. I hope your system and yourself are alright, since your power supply exploded, not sure if shrapnel ended up where it should not be.

If you do decide to repair it, find someone who is qualified to do the repair. Trying to repair a PSU is not something  i would recommend for a DIY type person. You can get hurt, cause an electrical fire or damage other hardware in your system.

Like JoseC, try reaching out to evga before you do anything, maybe they can help.
