I noticed in the manual it states that all fan headers labeled "4" are "PWM/DC Fan Headers (2 amp)"

Will I be able to put the fans below in the configuration of 3 fans to one header and another 3 fans to another?

https://noctua.at/en/products/fan/nf-a12x25-pwm

Reason is im trying to control the PC-O11 Dynamic 6 fans based on certain temps.

Also can I connect this

to the 4pin splitter blow to reach certain ports? or will this damage the fans and not work?

those fans say max input is .14 amp.  X 3 falls under the 2 amp max, should be ok.

    Yes on the extension.

Yes on the splitter, just maintain total fan amperage under 2 amps per header.

Yes fan load should be okay, my concern is using all 4 pins of the header. Not sure you will get accurate feedback of fan speed with pulse width modulation controlling 3 fans.

Thanks everyone I might end up just getting one of those molex to fan splitter pcb sold by pcpp and just connect my fans there and use noctua cables to slow the fans down
