2080ti Kingpin and PX1 Fans

So what is the deal in the fans for px1 and 2080ti kingpin. Mine shows 3 fans but only 2 show rpm's.  Even when sliding all to 100% only the top to fans show rpm's and they are different by 700 rpm's. So is it supposed to be showing all 3 fans rpm's or is fan 1 for the 2 radiator fans and fan 2 for the vrm fan or what? Anyone else with the same problem or non problem?

    I believe dual 120mm fans are shown as one fan.
    No reason to be different. And when I keep 2 fans on Y splitter software show only speed of one fan.
     
    Second is probably speed of small fan on VRM.

    I'm thinking that 1 is for the 2 radiator fans and fan 2 is for the memory.
    However I do not have a KingPin I'm making my guess on having a EVGA 2080 Ti Ultra Hybrid where the top fan shows (under load) 17%
    @ 922 rpm and the bottom fan @ 100% 1950 rpm and the temp is 40 C and the card is running @ 2025 MHz.

    The 3rd Fan is the Fan Header on the Graphics Card.

    The second 'fan' is the hybrid water pump.  I haven't seen any rpm for the 3rd fan even when the VRM fan is running.

    I wondered about that because i did notice that the rpm's on the OLED for the pump were pretty close to the 2nd fan rpm's in PX1

    Connect a fan to the Fan Header on the GPU and you will see an RPM
     My Fan 2 is 0 because I am not using the GPU to manage the Fans on the Radiator.

    The Second Fan or Fan 2 is for the Fan on the Radiator.
