Ok i already have a m.2 installed into the m.2 slot two and i am using that as a boot drive its a Adata SX7000 stick.
i want to use my kingston SUV500m8 m.2 as a storage drive so i can do away with all my other SSD`s. and only be using the m.2 for boot and storage.
I have both of the m.2 installed my boot drive the ADATA sx700 shows in bio and also in windows but as for my kingston m.2 it does not show in bios or in windows.
I cant find a support list for m.2 drives any place on EVGA`s web site only thing i can find is CPU and memory support list..
Any information and help and any advice would be greatly help full ..

Sounds like the drive or slot may be faulty. Time to try a different slot/drive.

Being nvme doesn't matter as the 80mm/110mm Key-M slot can work with a standard sata m.2 as well. The z390 ftw manual confirms this on page 32 of the manual.

TS128GMTS800 is clearly listed as working in the 80mm/110mm Key-M slot, and it's a standard sata m.2 as well.

Look in the BIOs and make sure that the 2nd NVMe slot is turned on and active. It might be disabled. If so then that is why Windows can't see it.
Alternatively if the 2nd M.2 is brand new then it has no operating system on it so Windows won't see it. Open disk management in Windows and see if it can find the drive. If so then simply format it.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Sajin have you personally confirmed that an M.2 SATA will work on the Z390?

It is listed as working on the X299 platform as well but has been proven more then once here on the forum (And I have experienced this first hand) that it does not despite being listed as working in the X299 produce manual (And STILL has not been updated to fix the incorrect information). Yes they are different chip sets, but still need someone to chip in and say they actually got it working

Can't actually confirm it. Just going with what the manual says.
