Can you post a link to the benchmark results? That should help us see what's going on a bit better. You'll need to break the link (insert a space) for it to show up, as there's a post count requirement for links.

You'll need to put spaces in your link to make the link show up on the forums since you don't have the required post count yet to properly link.

    According to that run you're using a GTX 1650, and a i7-9750H.

Fix your background cpu usage problem and you'll most likely be fine afterwards.

Do this, and re-run the test. Make sure you post your new results as well.

I looked at all your previous runs too. Looks like you need to figure out what is causing your cpu usage to be so high on some of your runs. I would recommend checking your pc for viruses by running mbam... https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/

I would also recommend clean installing your drivers...

#2 Perform a clean installation of the most recent video drivers:
    • Uninstall Precision X/MSI Afterburner if installed, make sure to select "no" to saving profiles if asked.  Reboot the PC now if you had to uninstall PX or Afterburner.
    • Use DDU (Display driver uninstaller) in safe mode to clean out all your NVIDIA drivers. Use the clean and restart (highly recommended) option.
    • Download & save the most recent graphics driver to your desktop. You can find the most recent graphics driver here.
    • Run the graphics installer located on your desktop once the download is complete.
    • Select NVIDIA graphics driver, select custom advanced install, under custom installation options uncheck all options except graphics driver & physx system software, if you have a 3D capable monitor and would like to use 3D at some point please select both 3D options, check mark perform clean install, then click next to install the driver, reboot when asked.

After doing everything above please rerun the benchmark and post your new results.

How hot does your graphics card get while running unigine heaven 4.0 on max settings for 15 minutes? What does your gpu clock speed settle to at the end of those 15 minutes?

Download gpu-z and run the render test. Let me know if your bus interface speed matches the following pic...

If your temps and clocks are where they are suppose to be it might be time to consider a clean install of windows.

Try running your ram on xmp mode, and try reseating the card to your motherboard.

While you run the Benchmark ---> What is the PerfCap reason when you run GPU-Z & look @ the Sensor Tab ?

    70 -72 C ---> is that CPU temp or GPU temp ?

No that isn't the reason why your card is performing so badly. I would suggest testing the card in another known good working system to see how it performs in another pc.
