Hi! Seller sent me backplate pics of the card and i have a concern about stickers. I pointed out 2 red arrows on them. Are they ok, what do you think? And also there's a third arrow pointing out on weird dirt in bottom right corner, but on the other pic it looks photoshopped. Should i be worried? Pics are large (right click on them to open and view full size).

Looks ok to me. Looks like that one corner is a little scuffed up, but it's nothing to be worried about.

What about this sticker? Does it seem like they were trying to open backplate? (right click to open full size of image)

Yes, it looks like they removed at least part of the backplate. But that is no problem. Any of the tamper evident stickers can be cut or removed without consequence to the warranty. The card can be disassembled and reassembled without affecting the warranty, as long as nothing is damaged in the process. The only sticker which affects the warranty if missing is the large part number and serial number sticker with the barcodes.

it is against the law for companies to deny warranty claims because of tamper stickers in the united states.they can only deny warranty for outside influence. water damage, somebody damaging card taking it apart etc

EVGA's cards don't have any tamper evident stickers which affect the warranty. But EVGA will deny the warranty for the serial number sticker missing. It's not a tamper issue; it's a traceability issue. Without traceability, proof of purchase is absent. Yes, it looks like they removed at least part of the backplate. But that is no problem. The tamper evident stickers only indicate that if the Card is RMA a closer inspection is required

This is quite a circular discussion, isn't it? Why are you quoting me and repeating the same information I already wrote above?
