supernova 850 g3 fan was full speed spin at eco mode.

hello. 
i bought 850 g3 at amazon. amazon say's no replace only refund.
power fan was stoped at idle state. but as soon full speed fan after a little minute. just keep full speed. not stopping.
fan noise is loudness. this situation is normal? i will check user's opinion.

    Welcome to the forums.
     
    If you have eco mode on, the fan will only turn on if the power supply is getting hot but If eco mode is off, the fan will be on at all times. However, the fan shouldn't be loud in either case, check the fans make sure there is nothing stuck in between the fan blades. Let me know how it goes.

    fan blades check was clean. air blow sound is better loudness before psu. not stop is normal? at eco mode fan starting. why not stop fan spin? i don't understanding this design.

    To clarify, if ECO mode is "ON" the fan will not spin until your power supply is using over 50% of it's power output.
     
    If ECO mode is "OFF" the fan will spin the whole time the system is on whether the power supply is under load or just idling. 
     
    Can you describe the sound the fan is making?

    I had check on power meter. Power consumption was about 100W. Not using over 50% load(that explained the fan speed increase at device manual on 20% upper load ). The must big problem was always spin this fan(no stopped at very low load) on eco mode after spinning start.
    Fan sound is just air flow sound. Not different other fan sound. but just so loudness. that was fast fan spin(rpm).

    i'm not this agree. that's not used 50% power over. but after little minute fan was always spinning.
