Bios 2.07, x99 classy. In the BIOS, bus speed is at 100.00, but in both monitoring apps (cpu-z, hwinfo) it shows 99.76MHz. Any idea why? If I want it to be at an actual 100, do I need to bump it higher than 100 in the bios? Of course, my cpu multiplier is affected, x43 gives me 4289.76 instead of 4300 as expected.

Normal, mine are the same as well.
It is an EVGA Motherboard Thing.

It isn’t just EVGA. All motherboard are off by a small degree. I think it is a tolerance thing.. basically round up or down on the numbers to the closest total.

That’s a bit... annoying. So is the reporting software correct? Or the bios setting?

It's the difference between 'Applied' settings and 'Actual' readings and how different software reads/ rounds up/rounds down the Actual readings, if at all, or just reads the Applied setting.

My BCLK is 'Applied' manually to 100 in the BIOS but CPU-Z reports the 'Actual' live reading as changing between 99.93 and 100.05, but Core Temp reads a solid 100 all the time..Right now Real Temp is saying it's 99.89 solid..AI Suite says 100.0 but goes to 99.9 sometimes.

The same thing goes for other clock speeds, voltages, temperatures, multipliers, etc. for all hardware..EVGA Precision can/will read your graphics card Actual readings different than MSI Afterburner, and GPU-Z and GPU Shark might read different too.
