LockedEVGA CLC AIO 280 and EVGA Z370 FTW but Flow Control CAN NOT READ the CPU TEMP? HEEEELP!

EVGA 28mm CLC AIO Cooler does not work with EVGA Z370 FTW mainboard.
 
Coonected to CPU1 or CPU2, at bios set to MAX...Fans connected to Y cable and Flow Control does not read CPU TEMP???
 
Still no answer from SUPPORT? I CAN NOT USE MY SYSTEM FOR OVER A WEEK, CPU GETS HOT!!!
 
Where is the SUPPORT?

    And Doesn't EVGA test CPU CLC COOLERS with their MOBOS? Flow Control does not read CPU TEMP???
