Silent BIOS !?

Hello,
Is there a silent BIOS to hope to use my 2080 Ti FTW 3 ?
no software other than PX1 manages the 3 fan and PX1 created stuttering in game ! I do not know what to do except return the graphics card to the seller  
a new BIOS with actually 2 different choices could be a solution, meanwhile better !

    Hi there,
     
    have a look at the 2x6pin power sockets.
    You will find a Bios switch.
    It IS on silent . The second Bios is the OC Bios. 
    Funny how everybody rather complaints that the fancurve is too modest/silent and kicks in rather late.
    Makes me think your Case  airflow must be really bad if you have issues with the fans.
     Kindly elaborate on your setup and your rigs usecase.
     Maybe we can help better if we do not have to guesstimate.
     
    And remeber what you bought. The biggest GPU DIE ever produced for us norms.
    So, yeah the heat generated is really high IF you stress the card. And it will produce a lot of noise under heavy loads.
     
    Still far less than the competitiors air coolings solutions.
     
    And keep in mind that there are hybrid and watercooled solutions for silent lovers.

    I know the Bios switch, it is NOT on silent but normal !!! make noise like a fighter.
     
    maybe you discover the problem... look at the conclusion of Techpowerup review !
     
     
     It's the third 2080 ti that i test, FTW3 it's the worst !

    yeah ive had issues with fan profiles when precision x1 isnt installed. as long as its installed but not running it should be decently quiet as long as your case has good airflow and stutters should not occur (although i also dont install geforce experience since that seems to cause stutters ocassionally). also check the ICX temps while running a stress test to see if anything is out of the ordinary. some people have had super high memory temps. actually ive had the opposite isuues where if X1 isnt running the fans dont seem to revert to the stock bios fan profile and seem stuck at lowest setting so my card crashes quite quickly from overheat

    strix and FTW3 should be fairly equal in terms of noise produced at equal fan RPM. the strix just has a less agressive fan profile on its silent bios so it runs quieter but also a few degrees hotter than the FTW3

    That's it ! I had hoped to get the same profile choice, like Asus Strix. Quiet or OC.

    if workin properly normal bios should be zero rpm fans up to 50c i believe. ive had great success with setting 40% fan speed at 60c and keeping the rest of the curve the same. i ngames never saw above 55% fan speed and max temp about 72c

    You don't understand  PX1 is unusable ! it make stuttering in game MHW, FFXV etc... it is NOT smooth ! ( no problem without PX1 ) it's a known problem. 
     
    ... I put it ma FTW3 on sale, evga are incompetent, i do not think they solve all the problems anyway
    - clic with fan
    -  MSI AB or Asus GPU Tweak don't work  with 3 fans -> PX1 stuttering
    - no quiet Bios like Asus strix 
    ... too much !
     
     Edit : With power limit to 80% = same speed but best voltage -> best T° -> less noise ... waiting for other solutions !
