Hi,
My 1000P2 12v rail is pretty high should I be concerned ?
Or is my 1200P2 poor ?

Intel, who writes/dictates computer power supply design specifications, states that the +12V rail voltage be between 11.4V and 12.6V (been that way forever)..You have no issue as far as voltage is concerned..See Section 3.2.1, Table 5..Different PSUs and monitoring software may produce varying differences in voltage readings..You're good, all is well.

    Hi,
    Thanks
Got to say the capcha/ I'm not a robot crap is a pita what the hell evga got a lot of robot asking questions might be my last trip here.

Either way SIV64 shows the exact same voltages as hwinfo free does.

Just thought I'd ask seeing this 1000P2 is sort of new about 6 months and the 1200P2 is 3 years old
That nearly 12.3v reading is concerning stats page even showed far less pretty much lower than my 1200P2 frankly but at least it's a lot closer

12.3 isn't necessarily a problem, if you were running 12.096 and it started to jump up to 12.3 out of nowhere, that would be a sign of wear or some impending issues.  If it runs at 12.3 and always has and is stable, I would not worry at all.

    My 1200 P2 is same 12.096V and 5.044V.
I doubt that's real value. I think numbers would be different with voltmeter.
