Are you so excited you can't even type in the body of your post? lol

You need the Nvidia drivers 411.63 which were released yesterday. The overclocking software from EVGA will be available for download any time now but do you really NEED to overclock the card? I'm sure you can wait a few hours or a day for the overclocking software!

Which model did you get and where from?

I got the RTX 2080 Ultra from Microcenter.  I am pretty dang excited considering I have been stuck using my gaming laptop hooked up to an external for like 7 weeks.  I just want the software to control the RGB, fans, power limits, etc.  Of course I'll OC the card lol.  I always do!

Sent from EVGA or a 3rd party shop?

It's funny how EVGA failed to send cards for pre-orders, while Asus, MSI and Zotac did, including 2080Ti. Only nVidia and EVGA sent none of Tis yet.

I got mine from Microcenter this morning.  I had preordered and went in and picked it up when they opened.

Because I know people who got at least an MSI card on time. Can't be sure, that's why I'm asking about source, since shops got priority over preorders everywhere (except Amazon and similar).

You can use MSI Afterburner 4.6.

I used this software today on my Rtx 2080 FE and it worked great.

Is it hot, I see some reports on NVIDIA Community about hot cards, 80C, RTX 2080.
But I believe people kept fan on Auto instead to increase fan speed and Power Profile before gaming.

I saw this in reviews also, however the EVGA cards seemed to run quite cooler.  This is precisely why I'm running them on water.

Hot?  Hell no.  Under gaming loads at stock 1950Mhz boost I am seeing 64-65c with stock fan profile.  If I crank the fans up to 70% or so I am in the 50s overclocked LOL.

Proving exactly what Jayztwocents found.  The evga cards cooling solution cut 10-15 degrees off FE stock cooler.

Before AIO GPU solutions water cooling was only option.
In my country number of people with custom loop is very limited, and more than half of them is sponsored by some companies.
Other people are satisfied with Hybrid cards, GTX980 and GTX1080/1080Ti... They probably wait these new Hybrids because now have supplier from Hungary who give better warranty than our sellers in country. I was hoped that more people will become watercooling enthusiast because in my country you can't find single components, radiator, pump or reservoir from sellers.
But there is a option from Hungary and price are competitive with all EU countries, maybe even lower.

It's nice to hear that temperatures are so nice.
There is only one difference, Founders Editions are overclocked and should be compared with these better models.
