Thats nice and all except it doesn't work on my RTX 2080. Giving me some "proceed to update LED firmware, please close all 3D applications" when launching and then nothing. Nodda.

RTX only? Well that's a bummer. Hopefully when it supports the 10 series cards it won't be as buggy as Precision XOC.

This may be a fluke with just my card but I tried the Precision X1 software on my Nvidia RTX 2080 FE card and after trying to fiddle with the LED settings the RTX 2080 FE card's LED does not turn on anymore. Here's what I've tried to get this working to no avail: - Restored my Win 10 to an earlier version prior to Precision X1 installation
- Removed and reseated the card
- Reinstalled the drivers
The LED does not turn on at all whether during boot or in windows. I'm assuming that this is a software issue and there's likely others who may run into the same thing. Any ideas on how this can be fixed?

Use NVIDIA LED Visualizer. (Not saying this Tool will even work on an RTX Card)
It is like a Light Switch once you turn it off you need to turn it back-on ON the Card.
Having a NVIDIA RTX 2080 FE Graphics Card running Beta Software might not be a good idea on a Non-EVGA RTX Card that is.
The software seems to not work with RTX cards - "Supported NVIDIA" cards are not found on the system.

Hi, I'm trying to start up Precision X1 and I keep getting a message saying "proceed to update led firmware, please close all 3D applications" and I don't know what to do. I have a lot of apps that's that run at start up like steel series engine, Razer Chroma, CAM, Corsair link, Express VPN, could it be those applications?

So what does the “score” mean next to the VF curve? When I let the scanner run I got 142 with everything on stock values. Power and temp target, memory freq etc. When I manually set everything and added a +150 overclock, the score changed to 90.

When do you expect this will be supported? I really hope Precision X1 is quite an improvement over Precision XOC regarding the issues the previous applications had. Maybe design wise it is not my taste, but design isn't as important as the functionality and everyone likes different designs. Now we're talking about designs, will Precision X1 actually support skin modifying? Because I have a feeling it doesn't anymore, the Kingpin screenshot of overclocking records with the RTX2080Ti didn't show a Kingpin styled Precision X1. Until the GTX support arrives I'll not be able to test the releases. Edit: I think it isn't wrong to make sure the application works properly with RTX videocards first so the focus can be shifted later on to GTX videocards, the RTX videocards depend on Precision X1 to be able to configure things and the GTX videocards can still rely on Precision XOC. Edit 2: You may want to display the message on version 0.2.6 Beta aswell that GTX cards are not yet supported, so people will not overlook this when they download the latest version.

You should say this in the change log like with the initial version becuase i just downloaded it and luckily saw this forum post before installing it.

Guys i'm a little confused over how the OC Scanner works.
I go into VF Curve tuner, hit Scan, after a 20 min or so test it gave me a score of +121. I hit apply but it didnt change my clock speed slider. Is that score just a random number or is that the safe amount I can add to my clock speed? Do I have to change the clock speed manually? And what is the test button for? Is that purely a stress test on your existing settings?

I like how in the video they took the time to explain that when the mouse cursor hovers over the memory setting box it highlights the memory section of the card but leave things people actually need to know. I can see the mouse hovering thing, I don't need that explained. This "score" thing is something new to EVGA software, it would have been nice to have a detailed overclocking guide.

I did and it's not working, the program loads on startup but not the profile.
