Appears to be something amis with Intel these days.  Max OC I can use now is 3.8...

Will there be a updated bios to address this, or is it a issue on Intels side?

and I also put this in the Windows updates thread FYI: https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2847878

Glad it's not just me with this issue haha. I've never hid an update so fast in my life.

    Most recent update: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4100347/intel-microcode-updates-for-windows-10-version-1803-and-windows-server
caused my OC to no longer be recognized. Uninstalling it resolved the issue.

Not sure if this is a "new" update (as it was updated July 24, 2018) but only tonight did Windows say I needed to install in. Done about 5 checks for updates in the past week or so and it never came up.

    Glad I have the Core i7-5960X Haswell-E 8-Core 3.0GHz LGA 2011-v3 in my Rig

You need to uninstall the latest patch from MS which you can do from Add/Remove programs.
    You can then use https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/wumt_wrapper_script.html
to hide the update  KB4100347  until something is figured out.
