GTX 780ti SC Driver problems

I have a 780ti SC that I picked up used, I popped it into my system and did a clean win10 install. However when the drivers went to install it launched it into a boot loop. I then tried a win7 install with 4 or 5 different drivers for the card to no avail. It seems that when I go to install the drivers for the gpu it does it's lil flash then goes right into a boot loop. I flashed the vbios with success and still won't accept any drivers I try to install. I have tried it on 3 different systems both AMD and Intel. All systems have a EVGA 750 psu so not power issue. Any help is appreciated.

    Sounds like it's time for a new card if you didn't buy any extended warranty for it.
