Did you run the crap out of the card to test it at least before mounting the hybrid kit? If so did you have this problem before?? Thinking you did and you didn't have this problem cause you score were much higher and normal before..

Most likely it's the classic problem of the kit and you'll now need to rma both the card and kit to evga. Let them know its another faulty hybrid kit issue that's well known.

Cant just rma the card as the next one will have similar issues once you install that same faulty hybrid cooler again.

The stock cooler is already installed.
I dont know when this issue occured, but for a week run the Superposition Benchmark (4K)  with 10.000 ponits.
I installed the hybrid cooler set last week, probably is the hybrid cooler set fault.

I flashed the latest slave bios with from a compled fresh windows 10 installation.

this is 100% caused by the ftw3 hybrid kit as the thread that was linked earlier shows the IDENTICAL issue, it shorted your card. RMA.
was thinking about getting the hybrid kit myself but i'll save myself the trouble since I don't wanna brick my cards.
sadly EVGA seems to be heading downhill since their whole thermal pad/vrm fire issues, the ftw3 hybrid kit issue being ignored and or swept under the rug silently [you can still call today and ask about the kit and they will say it's working fine and they've never heard of such an issue. they will more than likely supply you a replacement kit and or card that will also get bricked unless ur lucky]
and of course the removal of their "classic" advanced rma service.

EVGA used to be my first option when it came to GPU's, at this point they're the same as any other company with the only difference being other companies cards THIS GEN tend to run cooler (with stock fans) which if you have an understanding of how gpu boost 3.0 works, you would know they will end up running faster due to less heat.

OK. Thank you guys!
I will contact the evga germany support today.
My hybrid set comes directly from amazon.com, on my hybrid set is the grill loose on the back of the card.

The German support was very helpful, friendly and competent.
The issue caused by the screws and the hybrid system is known to the german evga support.

I think thats the different (old/new hybrid set):
- Another screws
- The loose grill on the back of the card is fixed (does not wobble)

The following step is important:
