The electronics of the new EVO 120ER RGB fan has been specially tweaked so that the fan stops spinning if the PWM signal falls below a certain duty cycle value. Not only will you be able to enjoy a totally silent PC, but this feature is also very useful for preventing radiator dust buildup in idling PCs and prolongs the life cycle of the fan itself. I think that is a really interesting feature.

Now I only need three fans for custom loop.
CORSAIR ML120 PRO should arrive fast from Hungary.
Other parts are HERE, my first watercooling loop soon will be finished.
But now when I saw new CPU Blocks maybe I made mistake, maybe I should used same shipping cost to order and CPU Block if I change platform soon.

This RGB Fans, could shine White or Not.
My motherboard is RGB, but you could choose and white color, I didn't saw on EK site white color on new fans.

My BeQuiet! PWM fans all do that, and I've had them for a long time. Many DC fans also do that, although perhaps not intentionally lol...

I like middle of fan and probably look cool during spin.
I got nice bracelet from EKWB, orange with EK Logo and it would be nice to K|NGP|N design one.
I want black rubber bracelet with gold K|NGP|N and EVGA from other side.

I couldn't find picture nowhere except on some twitter account...
You don't feel at all on hand, very cool.
EVGA should make own bracelet and small key chain, with bracelet and anti static tool when guys install some hardware.

so they are basically a copy of the corsair ML RGB fans lol. they do look nice, and that they use a 12v 4 pin rgb connection will make pretty compatible with most rgb controllers and boards.

I do not own these new EK-Vardar fan.  The old style ones I do own outperform the Corsairs I've tested

i have some EK F4's and ML pro fans and they move about the same amount with similar pressure, except the ML pro's are single color LED. Now the ML RGB are a different story, their pressure and CFM are lower than the LED versions and lower than the EK ones and from looking at corsairs site though it seems they only offer the worthless RGB version and not the LED version now, the RGB version is only a 1200rpm 1.27 pressure fan compared to the 2400rpm, 4 pressure of the LED.

Yes but I heard from guy who had both of them pressure is similar but he vote for ML120 because silence.
But Vardar are nicer, I don't like frame on ML120.

I will post build log i need few more parts, fans, coolant, pump bracket.
Coolant and bracket are in Belgrade, they arrived, fans will arrive for few days.
I'm not sure RGB or without LED. Hard decision, I think no matter what I choose I will wish and other model. Hahahaha...

    Vardar EVO Black 2200
    Vardar RGB
    CORSAIR ML120 PRO

I only know that guy who had CORSAIR ML120 and Vardar say go for CORSAIR ML120 because 10% silent.
Vardar is nicer, cleaner, closer to me, now I see and RGB version. I need 3 fans.

If you decide to go RGB, I'd go with Corsair RGB fans as you can grab a commander PRO and add LED RGB strips and other RGB peripherals.  If you went with another company, if it's not Corsair or NZXT, you'll have different RGB systems.  It's best to stick with one that has a variety of products that all can be compatibly sync'd together if you ever decide to head down that road.

It's unfortunate that so many RGB devices are out and not all of them will be compatible and if they are, you'll run out of space to plug them all into.

I will not use any commander or link.
I think yesterday and today I saw 50 youtube video clips of CORSAIR and Vardar fans.

Fans will be my first RGB product, OK motherboard is RGB, but next is not 100% sure that will RGB.
I not choose motherboard because RGB, that mean nothing to me, If I could choose angle 24pin vs RGB I use angled 24pin.
I'm not sure how guys change color on CORSAIR ML120 RGB or EKWB RGB. I must check that.
CORSAIR ML120 are arround 850 euro 3 pack
    Vardar arround 70 euro
Vardar EVO and CORSAIR ML120 PRO arround 60 euro 3 pack.

One day RGB will become completely out, I don't see how RGB could evolve of something better as other things.
Different softwares, different options, they throw them on market without any order or compatibility each others...
Advertised as compatible, customers discover something else, one day I feel soon, PC with RGB will be Neoooo naaah...

Edit: RGB only Vardar fit me because speed. I need 2000-2200RPM speed to keep on 70% 24/7.
And EKWB Vardar could be controlled with ASUS RGB. I don't want any new software for RGB fans.
They will be visible here... other people have mobo, keyboard, mouse, fans, led strips, memory.... maybe I forgot something... O yes. Waterblock, Monoblock, XRES Combo...

I haven't tried the Phanteks RGB fan mounts yet, but I like that there's now the option for you to buy the best fans without having to be concerned about whether they have RGB or not (assuming you want RGB).

Pretty pricey to me and how would you connect say, 9 rad fans with those things?  Who and what controls it?  It will become a cluster in ones case.

All brands have RGB now, really hard to decide.
Even Lian Li have Bora. 2050 RPM max, min 900.
Aluminium frame, white blades, you get small controller, but it's not my style.
I like more simple things as EK Vardar EVO F4 Black, CORSAIR ML120 PRO.
If someone want these EKWB RGB should wait little more still are not available in stores.

But I unbox EKWB XRES D5 Revo Glass... HoooHoooo guys... go for him if you need new pump/res combo.
I knew he is cool from first day, but it's more than I expected, and when I say that...
And 100 version is bigger than I expected, little bigger and no need for 140 version for small or mid cases.
You can turn him in RGB version. Easy, he have 3 ports on top. Even if you use one as Inlet and second as fill port in 3rd you could install Barrow Quartz G 1/4 RGB Plug.
Small, plug with RGB led inside. And your non RGB reservoir glass become RGB.
