Any one else have this issue where it shows failed to load?
 
I have the CPU settings all set to auto. CPU config default except HT is turned off.
 
Downloaded the most current driver from intel.
 
Still get this error. 

I thought I saw a setting in the Bios to turn that on dont know if that will help

The op did state that his cpu config is default except for ht being off.

HT still has nothing to do with Turbo Boost 3.0.
Turbo Boost 3.0 is Disabled by Default on the EVGA X299 Motherboards.

That interesting. Why is that?

Because it only works with the Software Driver Installed, one does not work without the other.
I do own the EVGA X299 Dark Motherboard so I am not making this stuff up.

Hmm. So if your driver gets corrupted your trubo boost won't work correctly. That is a smart move.

It is base on the Application you set it up with, it is not running in general but based on what you set it to run.
Why I said above is really is useless. 
 
Maybe time for you upgrade to the X299 Platform.

Oh, I see. You just won't get any enhancements that 3.0 offers, so it still works as long as you have it enabled inside the bios.

And what did you learn?

It is no different then your Graphics Card Video Driver gets corrupted your Video Card won't work correctly.
It is no different with any Device Driver that gets corrupted your Device won't work correctly.

You could of just said that 20 Post back.
