intel me vulnerability?

i noticed almost all evga motherboards got a new bios for this is it not an issue on x99?

    My X99 Classified with the latest BIOS (March 2017?) wasn't vulnerable when I ran the Intel diagnostic.

    Asus x99 and 6950X all good and I haven't done neither windows or bios updates in months

    Unzip and run \SA00086_Windows\DiscoveryTool.GUI\Intel-SA-00086-GUI.exe
     
    You should see something like this:

    As our ME is not the enterprise edition of 9.1.x with AMT part we are clear from this security breach.
    Read this advisory at Intel and table of how this will effect the versions of ME.
