AnsweredOpen RMA disappeared (Solved)

Hello,
 
I had sent my GTX 970 for RMA from Argentina. Since the card arrives US I checked periodically the status on the Open RMA page. Yesterday it said PENDING but this morning it said that I do not have any RMAs open currently, and if I think I should, I should create a support ticket, which I have. 
Just want to know if this means that the card was rejected, lost or if there is a glitch in the system and it can still be recovered.

Check the completed RMA tab and look at your products page to verify your new equipment is shipping to you.

Check the completed RMA tab and look at your products page to verify your new equipment is shipping to you.



I couldn't find the completed RMA tab. I look in MEMEBER->My PRODUCTS and there is no information about shipping.

Generally when an Open RMA is closed that means it is completed and is shipping back to you. You can view this information under your product page by going to Member -> My Products then View Details under the serial number that you sent in. That will display the tracking information for your replacement being sent back to you. 

Everything is security.

Generally when an Open RMA is closed that means it is completed and is shipping back to you. You can view this information under your product page by going to Member -> My Products then View Details under the serial number that you sent in. That will display the tracking information for your replacement being sent back to you. 




Thanks for your answer. The replacement card was sent last Friday but not tracking information appears in View Details section. Could you give me some information about it? The Shipping Out Option Selected was: Skynet.

The tracking information does vary by region, There is a multi-step process to be able to ship to your region, the tracking information should update after it completes the first step which is an internal transfer of the product from one of our warehouses to another. Please check at the end of the week and if you do not see the tracking information please email soporte@evga.com so that our team that works with your region can respond directly to you.
