I got everything the graphics card,the sticker and few more things that came in the box but i am missing the box, do you guys think i will get my graphics card refunded or i seriously need the box?

You don't need the box at all for a return for warranty service. All you need is to make sure the original serial number sticker is intact, the product is not physically damaged. Of course you'll need to properly package it for shipping, which is somewhat easier with the box. But you do not need it. If you're asking for a purchase refund, then they may charge you for the missing materials etc etc...
