I was trying something with precision XOC. I wanted to see if the Manual Fan curve would stop when I close the Program. It did, but I noticed that the 2nd Fan does not start to Spin when I put both to 5%. The first one Spins the 2nd One just occasionally jerks in an attempt to start at 5% When I set them both to 10% Both where Spinning, but than I saw in GPU-Z that the first one Spins about 100RPM faster than the 2nd when I set both to 10% ~340RPM to ~260RPM Is that "normal" or does that mean something is wrong with the 2nd Fan? I am kinda inexpierenced, this is my 2nd GPU I ever had and the first that get's actually this kind of attention.

Normal. All 3 fans on my 1080 ti kingpin run at different speeds when they are all set to the same fan speed %.

+1. Sajin is absolutely correct here. A small part of this also has to do with the sensors and heat in each area of the GPU.

So the Jerking on 5% where it looks like it attempts to Start is not a bad thing either? My thanks to you again than, I will now proceed with my Piece of Mind Gaming Experience! ^^

Not at all. My FTW did this, and my FTW3 does this as well when in 0% mode.

My 1080 FTW2's second fan as well does this. I haven't tried setting it to 5% but I saw when the first fan is spinning the second one just attempts to start.
