I don't can/want to set my own Fan Curve, so here is my Question:
I want my Card to stay under 80 C°, preferably around 70 C° at any given time.
I figured I can do that by setting a Temp Target.
But the downside seems is, even when Power Target is Prioritized in Precision XOC,
the Boost Clock goes down instead of the Fanspeed up to reach the 70 C°

So, how can I make the Fanspeed go up automatically instead of the Clock speed going down?
Is the only way really to create a custom Fan Curve?

Not sure why you can't/won't set your own curve, it's relatively easy to do.

Mostly for the reason that I don't wanna mess anything up and voiding my warranty by doing so.

I don't get why there is no way of just setting a Temperature and the GPU handles the Cooling accordingly.

I mean I looked into the setting but even when I choose the "Quiet" preset, it is already at 30% Fanspeed with no load... like why?

30% is super loud >.<
