Most Folders no longer Fold on CPUs.
If you do make sure you leave one Thread for Each GPU and Fold only on 4 6 8 or 10 Threads.
Do not Fold on 1 3 5 7 9 11 and so on.
Do you have SMT On or Off?

I have SMT on, I may have to try it with SMT off and folding on 6 cores that would give me the least
unused processes.

I stopped using SMT on my RYZEN 7 1800X due to unknown real CPU and CPU Diode Temperatures.
From what I have read it makes no difference is SMT or HT On or Off.
I find it best to run WGC on the CPU while Folding on the GPU.

Looks interesting, I have pretty much decided already that there is no excitement in CPU folding for me so as soon as the current W/U finishes up I will try out this WCG.

Thought I would post my work unit tracking, so people could see the variation of
PPD by Project. I am interested in seeing how close it matches up to my EOC PPD
average after about a month.

It can be VERY different from your EOC PPD...  but don't get discouraged by lower production work units, or overly excited about very high producing units.  As you can see from my work unit history, some work units can have a very wide variance in PPD output such as project 11431  while others may be extremely consistent.  All mine were run on my old GTX 970 FTW card.

Just managed to get this spreadsheet updated, it has a bit over 400 work units now with 9 cpu work units.
Spreadsheet

I was going to add more time running the CPU but figured out that [link=mailto:F@H]F@H[/link] is just a gateway to BOINC and
now I found a better use for my CPU.  (Thanks bcav).
