Soooo.....
Today I was taking apart my two GTX 980 Hydro Coppers to clean them out and discovered that one of them is missing a thermal pad on a memory chip completely.  Nevermind the "How did this happen?". I'm more concerned about getting a replacement pad and how it must be a miracle that the memory chip has not been destroyed after the years I've had it and put it through it's paces.

EVGA, can you send me a replacement pad or recommend aftermarket pads that will fill the role?

Any 1mm thick pad should do the job.

Can you recommend anywhere to get them?  I have a pissed 11 year old without a computer in the meantime.

Should work fine. You'll just need to cut it to size.
