I have rma #5421170825065960 for my 970SSC. I have sent in the card, and EVGA has it shown as received on 9-1-2017. The issue I have is that the shipping out status is still shown as pending. According to the email sent when I opened the rma the replacement card should ship between 1-3 days after receiving my card. This would put the latest to ship it at Thursday, 9-7-2017. My question is has it shipped yet, and if not why, or has the info just not been updated on your website. Thanks for any info.

Hello and welcome to the forums! I have looked into your RMA request and see that your request is currently processing. We are currently a little impacted with RMA requests but are working as quickly as possible to ship out your replacement graphics card. Your replacement has already been assigned with a new serial number, so it should ship out soon.
