Hey guys i have a quick question. I'm new to the RMA procedure.

So my card got really hot and the fans would blow full speed.  It would work in windows but not gaming.  So i put in a guest RMA and sent the card in.  I finally got a a shipping notification today and it says:
 
Number of Packages:1Package Weight:3.0 LBSScheduled Delivery:08/01/2017Reference Number 1:RI072517-RO072617Reference Number 2:04G-P4-3975-KR 
So are they sending me the EXACT card back?  I see the reference #2 shows my Model for the 970 that I owned.  
I've never done an EVGA RMA before, so does that mean its the same card or model sent back to me?  Or ignore the reference number 2, it could be a newer card like 1060?

    Well.  UPS just showed up at my door with my RMA replacement.  No, I did not get a 970 ssc, they gave me a BRAND NEW 1060!
     
    This was really really beyond my expectations.  I just wanted to say thank you to the whole EVGA team for going above and beyond.  I am an EVGA customer for life and will always speak highly of your company.
     
    Again, thank you SO much for just taking this to the next level!!!
