EVGA Precision XOC 6.1.6 crashes ~3 to 10 seconds after launch.

6850K, Asus X99-A II, (2) Geforce GTX 1080Ti SC, SLI'd, 32Gig Mem, Win 10 64bit (Build 15063.332), Precision OC ver. 6.1.6

To reproduce:
1) Create a profile using non-default values and store it in profile 2. I used 115% power target & aggressive fan profile for both GPU's and stored it in profile 2.
2) Click the gear icon in the lower right hand corner and go to to the profile tab within the popup dialog.
3) Set the "3D Profile" drop down to profile 2 (Profile created in step 1).
4) click ok and then click the "x" in the upper right hand corner of the dialog to close.
5) exit POC
6) Relaunch POC and wait for crash within ~10 seconds.

    Uninstall PXOC and delete the Precision XOC folder located in the Program Files (x86) folder and restart your PC..Then install PXOC again, right-clicking on the installer to Run as administrator, and see how it rolls.

    You might try uninstalling PXOC as described above and try older versions 6.1.4, 6.1.3, or 6.1.2 and see if any of those crash.

    But first you might go into the Redist folder located in the Program Files (x86)\EVGA\Precision XOC folder and manually run the dxwebsetup, vcredist_x64 and vcredist_x86 installers, right-clicking to Run as administrator..When running the vcredist_x64 and vcredist_x86 installers, choose Repair.

    @Bob16314,
    Does this issue occur for you following the outlines steps from my original post? If I disable the "3D Profile" selection the program no longer crashes, it only occurs when this option is enabled. The crash can also be avoided if I manually click one of the active "PROFILE" buttons at the bottom of the GUI immediately after the PXOC launches.

    @bob16314,
    Tried "Program Files (x86)\EVGA\Precision XOC folder and manually run the dxwebsetup, vcredist_x64 and vcredist_x86 installers, right-clicking to Run as administrator." as documented in your post, but the issue still occurs. Can you confirm if you can duplicate the issue on your setup?

    Nope, I can't reproduce it here in Windows 10 and v6.1.6, it works fine..Uninstall/Reinstall as described above or try earlier versions and see how it rolls.

    Well, uninstall-->Reboot-->Re-Install v6.1.6-->No Fix. Hmm, Guess I could try earlier versions next.

    Just tried this with version 6.1.16 and behavior continues. Disabled the setting as a workaround for now.
