I would like the option to disable throttling and just run the card at max speed.
I don't care much for power saving options as much as I do a steady white noise in the background.
Even with headphones on, all I can hear is the card spinning on and off as its temperature goes up and down.
I would much rather it just be on all the time and be a constant.
Please consider this in designing cards in the future and give us the option to "opt out" of power saving and just run the card with no throttling.
Thank You.

    Hello,

you can always raise the power and temp target to prevent throttle. It is not safe to completely remove this through vbios edits however.

Sounds like you want the fans to not cycle up and down.
Rise the power limit and temp limit with Afterburner or EVGA precision x software.
Make a custom fan curve and set the fans to run as fast as you want.
GPU gets over 40 run them up to 100% if you care to.
You can make them run 85-100% nonstop manually also.

This is what I would do. Get Afterburner and lock the fan at a constant speed. Just make sure the fans are running fast enough to keep the gpu from getting too hot. Or you could go water cooling and never have the gpu fan noise issue.
