I left my computer on for the weekend before I went home. When I got back to my dorm, for the month of may I lost all the points I have, and it went into the negatives to take all the points from April too. I made sure my login user was the same one I am using on my client. Not sure what to do.

do not panic, its a normal error that happens from time to time. basically EVGA looked to Stanford for the latest points update but was rejected. so instead of keeping what was previously on hand it sets all users to 0 points for the update. and in doing so will make things show up as negative. just give it a day or two and your points will show accurately again.

It's strange how EVGA does this some times. They have me at ~50 million right now. It seems as though all of my points from before this year are subtracted from my totals.

Good good - As a reminder, and I'll post this on the other points thread, too, to ensure as many eyes as possible - Please don't panic if there appears to be an error with the monthly stats as EVGA collects them - their process has errors at times and doesn't use a robust error checking routine to deal with issues that crop up if the flat stats file from Stanford has gone 'missing' briefly, which causes us to see negative points from time to time. What I have done in the past and will do for as long as I am able to, is I've been collecting the stats for EVGA on an hourly basis and robustly do everything I can within code, that don't violate Folding @ Home's rules, to ensure that the latest stats are pulled as SOON as they are available to download. This means that when we have folding contests, the stats are never more than an hour old (as long as the flat file is refreshed) and that I also have a running history, preserved, in case EVGA's system has fallen down. I've provided start of the month and current values on a couple of occasions for them to set the 'zero value' for the month and restart the setup at that point. I'm past the 4million mark for the month but the folding page shows that I only have 3 million.

Give it another 24 Hours, their where some issues but they have been correct now.
