So last week i lost 1 of my 2, 770 card due to fan failure .I replaced the dead card with a 1070 yesterday. Now when i log onto my client it says the 770 is the number 1 gpu and is getting 550k a day [always was around 90k] while my 1070 is only getting 110k a day and is reading gpu 2[shouldn't that be closer to 800-900k?].Any ideas as to what is going on? When i first installed the 1070 on the #1 pci-e slot the computer fired back up with the 770 working as the main card and the folding client didnt even see to 1070.I had to uninstall the client[including data],reboot and reinstall client before it would find the 1070 .Shouldn't my 1070 be the gpu 1 and shouldn't it be reading about 800k ppd for that card with the 770 reading about 90k not the other way around ? [cpu is not folding].

Welcome to the Forum foxonlsd Remove the Folding Client Software delete the Folders reboot Remove the Graphics Drivers Re-Boot Unplug the Network and or turn off your Wireless Network. Run DDU in Safe Mode Reboot Go into the MB Bios Reset Bios to Default or Optimized Settings UP DATE BIOS TO CURRENT VERSION Set your Bios Back Up Install Graphics Driver and PhysX Only (The Best Folding Driver ATM is 373.06) Install Folding Client and set it up how you want it to run, recommend not Folding on your CPU. For Pascal Graphics Cards I recommend setting the client-type to advanced Plug the Network back in and or turn On your Wireless Network Fold On

Hmmm it says the Folding Driver 373.06 is incompatible with this version of windows [win 7 64 bit] and wont install.I did everything else but it still comes up as the 770 getting 500k points a day while the 1070 gets 120k . Gonna try this again with the 770 out of the system during install and config.....Can i add the 770 to the client after the rest is configured?

There is no fix the 770's and newer cards will not play nice with each other well folding . there is a temp. fix but did not last very long . Here is the post where I went though same thing . https://forums.evga.com/F...-my-gpus-m2566898.aspxBoth cards will fold just fine but fha client just has them back words makes the 770 look good at 500k ppd or more the 1070 not so good at a 100k .

So for anyone who has the web control page just keep refreshing, all you need to do is clear your browser cache.

I never use Web Control. I remove --open-web-control from the short cut Folding@home
