Started my PC and was notified there was a Precision x1 update. I allowed it to update and in the process it did a firmware update without even asking me. Now my LED controls are screwed. All I have is one color except for when rainbow is selected. I didnt pay over 2k for my rtx3090 Ti Ftw3 to have you guys screw it up with sloppy software. I already can't use EVGA Unleash with my evga mouse because it causes frame freezes. EVGA do you guys test your software with every graphics card you sell before you release it?

Thanks for the rapid response but none of the recommendations resolved the issue. This is probably not going to be resolved until the next firmware update is released. X1 is always run as admin, C++ is installed and updated. I tried unistalling and reinstalling X1. Everything was working perfectly until the update today. What I dont understand is why it would do a firmware update without asking me? During the firmware update the fans were at 100% and a notification poped up telling me not to turn off the PC while the update is active. I have never had X1 do a firmware update. Is that normal? At this point the only LED control that is working is the rainbow and rainbow wave. The LED's will turn off and on with manual control but stay in white color mode.
